Trusted by Schools Across Orange County
Bounce and Co is on the official California State PTA Approved Vendor List. We carry full liability insurance, provide all required paperwork, and make school events effortless — from fundraiser carnivals to end-of-year celebrations.
Why PTA Approval Matters
Not all bounce house companies are created equal. PTA approval means your school is protected and your event is in good hands.
What Does PTA Approved Mean?
The California State PTA maintains an official list of approved vendors through their insurance broker, AIM (Association Insurance Management). To be on this list, a vendor must provide proof of commercial liability insurance, a signed Hold Harmless Agreement, and additional insured endorsements that protect your PTA from liability. Not every rental company goes through this process.
Why Should You Care?
When you hire a PTA approved vendor, your school is protected. Our insurance covers our operations on your campus, and our signed Hold Harmless Agreement means your PTA isn't on the hook if something goes wrong with our equipment. Most school districts won't allow outside vendors without this paperwork — and we have it ready to go.
What We Bring to Every School Event
On the Official PTA Approved Vendor List
We're listed on the California State PTA Approved Vendor List, maintained by their insurance broker AIM. This means we've submitted proof of insurance, signed the required Hold Harmless Agreement, and met every standard the PTA requires to work at school events.
$1M/$2M Liability Insurance
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate general liability insurance. We provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) naming your school, district, or organization as additional insured — the exact documentation schools require before approving vendors on campus.
Safety-First Operations
Every unit is professionally anchored, cleaned, and sanitized between events. Our equipment meets current safety standards, and we follow manufacturer guidelines for capacity, setup, and supervision. We provide written safety rules for your volunteers.
Built for School Budgets
Straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Delivery, setup, and takedown are always included. Schools and PTAs get the same great rates — no markups, no surprises.

Quick Answers for PTAs
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our school?
Yes — we provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) naming your school or district as additional insured. This is a standard requirement for most campus events and we have it ready to go.
What is the Hold Harmless Agreement?
It's a signed agreement that protects your PTA from liability related to our equipment and operations. We've already signed one with California State PTA, and we can sign one directly with your school or district if needed.
Do you set up on school campuses?
Absolutely. We set up on grass fields, blacktop, and multipurpose areas. We work with your facilities team on placement and power access.
What supervision is needed during the event?
We recommend one adult volunteer per inflatable to manage capacity and ensure kids follow safety rules. We provide written safety guidelines for your volunteers.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 2-3 weeks for school events, especially during spring and fall carnival season. Popular dates book up fast.
