Yes! All rentals include professional delivery, setup, and pickup at no extra charge anywhere in Orange County. Our trained team arrives before your event to set up and returns after your event ends to take everything down. You don't need to do anything — just enjoy the party.

What if it rains on my event day?

We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations. If rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions are forecast for your event, contact us as soon as possible and we'll find a new date that works at no additional cost. For safety, inflatables cannot be used in sustained winds exceeding 15 mph.

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Every rental is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each delivery. All of our inflatables are made from commercial-grade, lead-free vinyl. We are fully insured with comprehensive general liability coverage and PTA approved, making us certified vendors for schools, churches, and community organizations throughout Orange County.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. On grass, we use stakes to secure the unit. On hard surfaces like driveways or parking lots, we use sandbags. Each inflatable needs a flat, ground-level area with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides. The setup area must be accessible without stairs — inflatables are very heavy and stairs to the venue may prevent delivery.

Do I need access to electricity?

Yes, inflatables require continuous airflow from a blower plugged into a standard 110v household outlet. We provide all necessary extension cords for outlets up to 100 feet from the setup location. If no electrical outlet is available, you must use one of our generators ($120 rental fee, includes a full tank of gas). For insurance purposes, all electrical equipment — extension cords and generators — must be provided by us.

How long is the rental period?

We charge a flat fee per day for rentals, typically covering 4-8 hours. The price is the same whether your event is 4 hours or 8 — we deliver and set up before your guests arrive and pick up by 6pm. Need to keep a rental overnight? For just 5% of the rental fee — instead of paying for a full extra day — we'll collect it the next morning between 7-9am.

Do water slides have special requirements?

Yes, water slides require access to a water faucet within 50 feet of the setup area. We provide a 50-foot hose with every water slide rental. Water slides can also be used dry in cooler weather — they work great as regular slides too. All other standard requirements apply — flat ground-level surface, electrical access, and adequate clearance around the unit.

I've never rented a bounce house before — what do I need to know?

We make it easy! Here's a quick checklist: have a flat, ground-level area with enough space for the unit plus 3 feet on each side. Make sure there's an electrical outlet within 100 feet (we bring the extension cords) or let us know and we'll include a generator. For water slides, you'll need a water faucet within 50 feet — we provide the hose. Remove shoes before jumping, keep food and drinks outside the inflatable, and have an adult supervising at all times. We handle all the delivery, setup, and teardown — your only job is to have fun!

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before your event date. We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations. Full cancellation and refund details are outlined in your rental contract.
